Baseball Power Plant

Recruiting

Years of Work. Finally Visible.

College coaches don’t recruit a weekend showcase — they recruit a body of work. The Power Plant app builds that record every single day your athlete trains.

For Parents

See the growth you’re paying for.

Every session, program, and rep your athlete completes at the Power Plant is logged in one place. Instead of wondering whether training is working, you watch the record build month over month — and when recruiting season arrives, the story is already written.

For Players

Your grind becomes your numbers.

The work you put in doesn’t disappear when practice ends. Strength numbers, arm care streaks, journal habits — we track every bit of it, and it shows up where it counts: the measurables, film and academics on the profile college coaches actually read.

In the App

Six Cards. One Player.

The home screen is a deck of six cards — flip through them and you’re looking at the whole athlete. Every card tracks its piece of the game over time, so growth isn’t a feeling. It’s a chart.

Working the cards is how the profile gets better. The measurables and film a college coach reads are the product of what you do every week — the reps, the arm care, the classroom work — so staying on top of them is what keeps your recruiting profile moving in the right direction.

01

Player Card

Your athlete’s living baseball card — photo, positions, measurables, and film, updated as they grow.

02

Strength Training

Weekly programs logged rep by rep — a year of strength work becomes proof, not a claim.

03

Arm Care

Structured throwing and recovery tracked over time — the arm-health story coaches want to see.

04

Mobility

Movement work logged alongside everything else, so durability shows up in the record.

05

Mental Game

Journal entries and Heads Up Baseball work — the between-the-ears habits that separate players.

06

Nutrition

Food logging and fueling habits, tracked like training — because development happens at the table too.

The Unlock

The Recruiting tab opens freshman year.

Younger players focus on what matters — getting better. The day your athlete reaches high school, the Recruiting tab unlocks in the app: a full recruiting profile with academics, target divisions, highlight film, and a Meet Me video — backed by the training history they’ve been building all along. Players who started young show up to freshman year with years of verified work already on the card.

Recruiting 101

Know the Rules. Play the Long Game.

When coaches can call, what the periods mean, and what to get done each year — the whole map on one page. Open it on its own page to share.

When coaches can contact you

You can email a coach ANY time — send your profile early. The rules limit when they respond, not when your film gets watched.
